Policies determine what categories of websites a user can see. A policy can be applied to a user, group, location or device. There are two types of policy in WebTitan:
Default Policy: A default policy is assigned to your account by your system admin or service provider when your account is created. This default policy is automatically assigned to all new users, groups, locations and devices added to WebTitan. Go to Settings > Default Policy to view and edit your default policy. Custom Policies: Your default policy is automatically assigned to all new locations, devices and users you add to WebTitan unless you choose to create and apply your own custom policy. Go to Content Filtering > Settings to create a custom policy. See Creating a Custom Policy.
