Below are the prerequisites that must be met or considered before installing WebTitan OTG for Mac. Please read through this information carefully before installation.
At the date of shipping the current OTG for Mac (version 2.0.3 (2)) is supported on the following macOS:

macOS 11 Big Sur
macOS 12 Monterey
macOS 13 Ventura
macOS 14 Sonoma
Admin install privileges are required for installation.
You need to know the URL of your WebTitan, e.g. https://your-otg-url.mywebtitancloud.com/. See WebTitan OTG URLs to determine your OTG URL.
You need your OTG install key during installation. You can get this in your WebTitan Cloud from Settings > Device Configuration > OTG Install Key.
WebTitan OTG for Mac uses TCP port 7771 (outbound) for communication with WebTitan. Please ensure this port is not blocked.
WebTitan OTG also uses TCP port 8443. Please ensure this port is not blocked.
If there are multiple users logging into a Mac machine where OTG will be deployed, then you must ensure the following:
For a manual deployment, OTG must be installed for each user who is logging into the machine.
For an Intune deployment, all users logging into the machine must be included in the deployment.
