A customer admin can follow the steps below to complete their Email Archiving setup and initial configuration.

The steps below are for MSPs who have ArcTitan as a stand-alone product. If you have Email Archiving on the TitanHQ Platform, then you'll need to log in through the Platform, and add your customers there.

If you have ArcTitan as a stand-alone product, then follow the steps below to begin the setup and configuration process. You will need your ArcTitan login credentials and your journaling email address. Contact Support if you didn't receive these details.

If you use Office 365, then Automated Onboarding for O365 Customers is available.

  1. Log in for the first time. Your login URL is your ArcTitan server with your company tag appended. For example, if your server is arctitan-eu1.titanhq.com, your login is arctitan-eu1.titanhq.com/company_tag. See ArcTitan Servers.

  2. Create a journaling rule on your mail server.

Once you have completed the steps above your mail is searchable in ArcTitan. However, you may also want to complete the optional steps below:
