The Overview page gives you a summary view of activity for all your customer's domains and a list of your customers in the All Customers table.
All Protection and Filtering shows a summary of emails for all domains processed through SpamTitan over the Last 7 Days. Select Last 30 Days to show summary data for the last thirty days.
You must have added at least one domain with an active email flow to see summary data.
The Quick Actions bar allows you to quickly add a new customer or add an email to your Allow & Block List.
The Mail Threats pie chart shows the percentage of non-clean messages being processed over the last seven or thirty days (default: Last 7 Days). Categories include: Spam messages; virus messages; geoblocking; HELO reject; RBL reject and other frontline reject.
The Processed Messages graph shows details your mail processing over the last seven or thirty days (default: Last 7 Days).
Select and unselect the labels to add and remove an item from the graph:

Allowed IP emails are categorized under "Clean Messages".
All Customers is a list of all your customer accounts. Select the column 
icon to display the All Customers table column names. Slide each on and off to view or hide a column.
Customer Name: Name of the customer.
Description: Optional customer details.
Created At: Date and time the customer entry was created.
Domains: Number of customer domains.
MX Completion: Status bar displaying the level of MX completion for domains. Hover over the bar to display numerical data:
There are three levels of completion:
Active (Green): Number of customer domains that have MX records pointing to SpamTitan. No further action is required.
Partial (Yellow): Indicates that only some customer domains have MX records pointing to SpamTitan. Select the view
icon in the Actions column to go to the customer level and identify the domains that need to be updated. See Change your MX Records for further information.Inactive (Red): Indicates that no customer domains have MX records pointing to SpamTitan. See Change your MX Records for further information.
2FA Enforced: Indicates if 2FA is mandatory for users to access SpamTitan.
Actions: View and edit customer details:
Select the view
icon in the Actions column for a customer to drill down to the customer level to view and further manage that customer.Select the edit
icon in the Actions column for a customer to edit that customer's details.
From the Actions dropdown menu, you can add and delete customers, and enable and disable enforced 2FA for customers.
