We have introduced RIA (Redstor Instant Assistance), an AI-powered support assistant, to the RedApp. You can click on the chat icon in the top bar to start a conversation and get technical assistance directly from our knowledge base.
Custom retention settings for Microsoft 365 backups are currently being rolled out to partners on our new pricing plan. If you are still on the legacy pricing plan, please speak to your account manager about upgrading.
