Follow the steps below to apply a device exception to a single device (default: none).

  1. Go to Environment > Devices and select the device to which you want to apply a device exception.

  2. Scroll to Device Exception.

  3. From the drop-down, select the device exception you want to apply to this device. The drop-down shows device exceptions that have already been created in Settings > Device Exceptions. See Device Exceptions.

    Note

    A device exception must have at least one device exception rule added to be listed in the drop-down.

  4. Select Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
