We are currently experiencing intermittent access issues with LinkLock, specifically affecting users on Comcast networks.
If you are having problems with LinkLock links, you will see something like this:
This looks like a problem limited to those that use Comcast routers, specific where it redirects DNS to their servers (SecurityEdge)
To check run the following nslookup:
nslookup linklock.titanhq.com
that should look similar to this:
if you see something like this, this is most likely related to Comcast:

At least 5 customers have said SecurityEdge/New Security service was reenabled w/out their knowledge and disabling it fixed the problem.
