In certain scenarios the ESE agent suffers from very high memory usage for a long period of time.

Follow these steps to trigger the Operating System to reclaim memory from the ESE process at the completion of any tasks.

Setting the trigger:

1. Stop the ESE service and close the GUI.
2. Navigate to the installation directory and edit the a5backup.properties file.
3. Add the following line:
   
   clear.working.memory=true
   
   
4. Save the file and restart the ESE service.
