Microsoft 365

• 1408 - M365 backup scan fails with error "User's mysite not found"
• 1351 - M365 backup set creation fails for OneDrive, SharePoint or Teams
• 1521 - Error: "Content stream ... could not be retrieved" (M365)
• 1645 - M365 or Google Workspace backup completes with warning “files could not be retrieved"
• 1646 - M365 backup fails due to throttling limitations
• 1647 - Teams backup scan completes with error “invalid or missing SharePoint site”
• 1648 - Teams backup scan fails due to Teams components not currently supported
• 1649 - Teams backup completes with warning “Unable to backup archived Teams”

• 1658 - M365 or Entra ID backup fails with error “resource principal not found”
• 1660 - Microsoft 365 backup fails with error “service principal for resource is disabled" 

Azure

• RedApp: No Azure Blob Storage items available for single item recovery
• Azure VM Pro troubleshooting

Google Workspace

• Google Workspace setup shows "Error: admin_policy_enforced"
• Google Drive and Gmail skipping backups with error "Requested client not authorized"
• Google Workspace backup completes with warning “files could not be retrieved"

RedApp

• Error: "Failed to invite users"
• RedApp invitation fails with error: "The sign-on provider selected has been denied by the company"
