To access your support ticket history and progress, you will need to log into our Support Portal. If you do not have a user profile yet, you will need to create one. 

Note: Your existing Support Portal credentials will not work after our service desk migration (July 2025), nor will you be able to use your RedApp, CRM or Storage Platform Console credentials.


To create a new profile:


Click on Login at the top right of any page on the Support Portal.


On the login screen, click on Forgot your password.

If you are listed in our service desk already, you should now receive a password reset email. 

If you do not receive an email, it means you are not listed yet. You you will now need to go to Sign up at the top right of any page on the Support Portal. 

Enter your name and email address, then click Register
