Symptoms: Data transfer over NAPAfrica links experiencing degradation, leading to extended backup/restore durations.
Service Impact: Users may encounter delays in performing backup and/or restore tasks to/from ZADC1 storage servers.
Scope: Connectivity to ZADC1 (South Africa primary storage site) is affected specifically over NAPAfrica links.
Cause: Post incident investigations still underway.
Status: Resolved
