In your portal you will be able to configure settings to suit the needs of your organisation and trainees.
On the main menu(left pane) navigate to Configuration:

Each of the configuration sub-menu's contain one or multiple tabs, Explanations below
> Organisation Settings
- Welcome Emails
You will be able to set if welcome emails are sent immediately or until you send them.
- Template Editor
Sets the default font you want all of your templates (Can be changed in the Editors).
- Reporting
Here you can set the campaigns shown on your reports.
- Gamification
Here you can set the period of gamification and also if users can see their stats.
- Locale Settings
You will be to set Organisation Language and whether it is enforced
- Dashboard Settings
You will be able to configure your dashboard, campaigns viewable Etc.
- General Settings
Edit Metadata Labels
> Phishing Settings
- Phish Action Ingestion
Here you will be able update the IP whitelist/Blacklist along with ISP blacklist and configure ingestion settings.
- PhishHuk
If PhishHuk is enable in Outlook, you will be able to configure all settings here.
- Smishing
View remaining Smishing Credits
- Email Settings
You will be able to configure Custom mail server if enabled for your organisation.

You will be able to configure Custom mail server if enabled for your organisation. Quiz Pass mark, issuing of certificates, along with if you want to use reminders.
- Teams Settings
If teams is enabled you will be able to configure the settings here.
- Email Settings
You will be able to configure Custom mail server if enabled for your organisation.
> Authentication Settings
Here you will be able to configure how your users will be authenticated along with Logout URL and Redirect URL.
> Communication Templates
Here you will be able to preview or Edit templates such as, Password Reset, Admin Welcome and User welcome.
> Token Manager
Here you will be able to view system tokens or create your own, Tokens are used in templates E.g [[userFirstName]] = The users first name.
