Our alerting notified us that us4-smtp1.titanhq.com / 3.131.225.49 was on zen.spamhaus.org blocklist starting around

18:35 GMT/1:35 PM ET US

Around 19:27 ET US / 2:27 PM ET, will closed inbound traffic into that IP to mitigate email reject.

The IP address is now cleared off of that blocklist. For some time after Office365 was still blocking for zen.spamhaus.org until about 19:41 GMT / 2:41 PM.

We have confirmed the IP is no longer being blocked, and normal operations have resumed.
