1626 - How to export a list of backed-up users Print

To get a list of all users that are being backed up by a specific customer, follow the steps below in the Storage Platform Console.

1. Locate the customer/company you want to export the list for.

2. Right-click the customer name and go to Reports > Estate Summary > Run Report.

A list of accounts and their details will open in the browser. This can then be printed to a PDF or saved as a web page.
