Symptom: Delays receiving emailed reports and RedApp emails.

Scope: Organisations using Microsoft 365.

Cause: Issue publicly reported by Microsoft causing delays receiving external messages in Exchange.

Status: Resolved - Microsoft rolled out a fix which was a targeted reversion of the code issue causing impact
