Description:  As part of our commitment to keep our hosting environments secure and operating at the highest standard, we will be performing routine maintenance and upgrade firmware on our network equipment in our ZADD2 data centre in South Africa.

A 5 hour maintenance window is scheduled, and we expect services in this site to be unavailable for 30 minutes while devices are rebooted.

Our secondary site will be unaffected during the change, and can be used to perform any urgent restores using the steps in this article: https://support.redstor.com/s/article/1118-How-to-restore-data-from-a-MirrorServer

Scope:  Connectivity to storage located in ZADD2

Change window: Wednesday 9 April 2025 11:00 to 16:00 SAST

Expected impact: 30 min downtime
