As part of our commitment to keep our hosting environments secure and operating at the highest standard, we will be performing routine maintenance to upgrade firmware on our network equipment in our ZADC1 data centre in South Africa on 24 July 2025.

A 6-hour maintenance window is scheduled, and we expect intermittent service disruptions for 60 minutes. 

Our secondary site will be unaffected during the change, and can be used to perform any urgent restores using the steps this article: 1118 - How to restore data from a MirrorServer

• Scope: Connectivity to storage located in ZADC1

• Change window: 24 July 2025 09:00 to 15:00 UTC

• Expected impact: 60 min downtime
