Description:  We've recieved reports of poor performance for RedApp users and are currently investigating.

Update 20:54 UTC: Confirmed only US RedApp impacted

Update 22:04 UTC: Issue narrowed to Gateway, restart resolved immediate problems.

Update 21/11/2025 - Improved monitoring put in place and work underway to prevent recurrence.

Scope:  Limited to US RedApp

Status:  Resolved

Cause:  Gateway issue resolved by restart, no further issues observed.
