I don't have a RedApp account

If your organisation already has an admin user, you will need to request that they create a RedApp user for you using the steps in Article 1387 - How to add and manage RedApp users.

If your organisation does not have an admin user, please log a ticket with our support team.

If your organisation is using Redstor through an MSP, please contact them for assistance.

 

I only have a Storage Platform Console user

If your organisation has a RedApp admin, you will need to request that they create a RedApp user for you using the steps in Article 1387 - How to add and manage RedApp users.

If your organisation does not have a RedApp admin, please log a ticket with our support team.

 

I have a self-hosted platform

Please log a ticket with our support team so that a user can be created for you.
